Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority!  BMS and AnchorPad products are guaranteed to be free of material and workmanship defects.  If you have product that is malfunctioning or seems to be defective, we will provide technical support to resolve the situation or replace the product. RETURN POLICY FOR BMS & ANCHORPAD PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH OUR ONLINE STORE:

  • Exceptions: High-volume orders, special orders, custom orders, projector cage orders, projector housing orders, and TV enclosure orders are not returnable. Therefore, please make sure that you understand what you are buying before you place a high-volume order, or before you order a custom product, a projector cage, a projector housing, or a TV enclosure. Note: If we made a production or workmanship mistake, Business Machine Security (“BMS”) / Locdown.com reserves the right to fix it.
  • Not including the “Exceptions” listed above, return requests that are made within 30 days of customer receipt will be accepted. The returned product must be in new / unused condition. The returned product must be returned in its original box, and it must be returned with all of its parts and hardware. If the customer ordered the wrong product or decides that they simply don’t want the product, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted. Note: If we made a production or workmanship mistake, Business Machine Security (“BMS”) / Locdown.com reserves the right to fix it. This policy applies to online orders only.
  • We regret that we cannot accept return requests made more than 30 days after customer receipt.
  • If the customer ordered the wrong item and wants to exchange for different item, exchange requests will be granted provided that they are made within 45 days of customer receipt. The returned product must be in new / unused condition. The returned product must be returned in its original box, and it must be returned with all of its parts and hardware.  Customer must pay the difference in cost between the exchanged products. The original shipping charge is not refundable. The return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. Customer must pay for shipping the substitute product. This policy applies to online orders only.

  • Exceptions: High-volume orders, special orders, custom orders, projector cage orders, projector housing orders, and TV enclosure orders are not returnable. Therefore, please make sure that you understand what you are buying before you place a high-volume order, or before you order a custom product, a projector cage, a projector housing, or a TV enclosure. PLEASE NOTE: Regardless of how the product was purchased, to qualify for a credit, all returned product must be received by the BMS-AnchorPad warehouse in the following conditions:

  1. Product must be in its original box.
  2. Product must be in new and unused conditioncomplete with all parts and hardware.
  3. Product must be in “saleable” condition.

We regret that the following will not qualify for a return / refund:

  • High-Volume Orders
  • Special Orders
  • Custom Orders
  • Projector Cage Orders
  • Projector Housing Orders
  • TV Enclosure Orders
  • Returned product that is incomplete
  • Returned product that is used or damaged
