We want you to be happy! If the product on your invoice does not perform to your expectations, obtain an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) from one of our friendly staff members. We will guide you through the quick and easy return and exchange process. We regret that shipping and return shipping charges are not refundable.
RETURN POLICY FOR BMS & ANCHORPAD PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH OUR ONLINE STORE OR A PHONE ORDER:
- For unused product in new condition received within 15 days of customer receipt, a full refund of the product costs will be credited. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. This policy applies to online purchases only.
- For unused product in new condition received after 15 days of customer receipt, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted and the balance will be credited. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. This policy applies to online purchases only.
- BMS-AnchorPad cannot return any product 90 after customer receipt.
RETURN POLICY FOR BMS & ANCHORPAD PRODUCT PURCHASED USING A PURCHASE ORDER AND/OR THROUGH A DEALER:
- Product can be returned within 90 days of the invoice date. However, a minimum 25% restocking fee will be deducted, and the balance will be credited.
PLEASE NOTE: Regardless of how the BMS-AnchorPad product was purchased, to qualify for a credit, all returned product must be received by the BMS warehouse: in its original box; in new and unused condition; complete with all parts and hardware; and in “saleable” condition.
We regret that Special-Order, Custom, Damaged, Used and/or Incomplete product will not qualify for a refund credit.
