If you have product that is malfunctioning or seems to be defective, we will provide technical support to resolve the situation or replace the product. We want you to be happy! If the product on your invoice does not perform to your expectations, obtain an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) from one of our friendly staff members. We will guide you through the quick and easy return and exchange process. We regret that shipping charges are not refundable. For unused product in new condition received within 15 days of receipt, a full refund of the product costs will be credited. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. For unused product in new condition received after 15 days of receipt, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted and the balance will be credited.
